Bear - Earth Messenger Realm

Guardian of Inner Sanctuary

Realm: Earth Guardians

Meaning

The Bear appears when your energy is asking to be protected.

Strong, calm and deeply grounded, the Bear understands that strength is not measured by how much we carry.

It is measured by how wisely we choose what to carry.

When this card appears, you may have been giving too much of yourself.

Perhaps you have been saying yes when your heart wished to say no.

Perhaps you have forgotten that protecting your own wellbeing allows you to care more fully for others.
