OVERVIEW

I choose the best courier based on my experience and the country of destination. All couriers are fully trackable and postage is insured against loss or damage for my own protection. You will receive a full refund in the event of loss. Please see my refund policy.

 

Open edition prints are manufactured by a third party and shipped directly to you. There is a cost to this and so I cannot offer free UK postage on these items.

Delivery

If you do not receive your item, please get in touch. Please remember to complete any 'safe storage' information if you get asked to. I would not want your art to go missing! I will obtain pictorial proof of delivery so if the art has arrived at the address you provided but you have not received it, I am not liable for refund. 

PRICES 

I post FREE to United Kingdom for items above £50 (except items printed by a third party that are chargeable at any price).

All other countries will have postage calculated at checkout. I base my postage prices by weight. 

1. Open edition prints will usually be printed and despatched within 5 working days. 

2. Limited Edition Prints will take around two weeks as they have to be printed, sent to me for signing and gift wrapping and then onward postage. 

3. Originals will be posted out no later than 4 days after you place your order. If you request a private framing service, I will contact you with timings. Please do allow 28 days for a framed artwork to be delivered.

4. I include duties in my non-UK prices and I manage these for you so that you do not need to worry about complications on export.
